About the event
The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation is hosting its annual Armed Forces Chamber Health & Wellness Fair in partnership with the City of North Las Vegas Veterans & Community Resource Center. The Armed Forces Chamber Health & Wellness Fair is free and open to the public. Vendor setup is from 1 pm-2:45 pm. Sponsors include Patsy Brown, tangerine Office Machines and EMG Global LLC. Screenings include Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, Cholesterol, Diabetes, Ears & Eyes, Immunizations, Mammograms, Skin, STDs and more. Vendors include Chiropractors, Colleges, Counselors, Hospitals, Nonprofits, Nurses, Pharmacies, Physicians, Therapists and more. If you would like to register as a Vendor and/or a Sponsor and your organization requires an invoice and IRS W-9 form, write to info@armedforceschamber.com. Management reserves all rights.

A table (rectangle, four feet) and two chairs will be provided. Vendors must bring marketing collateral and a representative. Setup is from 1 pm-2:45 pm. Vendors who arrive after 2:45 pm will not be allowed to setup. Vendors will be assigned by the Armed Forces Chamber and name signs will be use to designate assigned spaces.
