Senior Citizen Advocate, Deanne O'Rear Cameron scheduled to speak at State of the Chamber

The Armed Forces Chamber is proud to announce that Deanne O'Rear Cameron, Chairwoman of City of Las Vegas Senior Citizen Advisory Board is scheduled to give remarks at the 2020 State of the Chamber. The shindig occurs on Thursday-February 27, 2020 from 1800H-2000H (6:00pm-8:00pm) at the Nevada State Business Center, 3300 W Sahara Ave, Suite 425, Las Vegas, NV 89102.

Deanne O’Rear Cameron is an Aging in Place Specialist and Senior Advocate with experience in both the senior and healthcare field.  She has been a resident of Las Vegas for over 21 years. Her years of experience working with seniors in the community has afforded her the opportunity to work directly with the senior population, individuals with disabilities, and their families. This has provided her an understanding of the enormous challenges faced during the aging process. Deanne is the Chairperson for the City of Las Vegas Senior Citizens Advisory Board, Member of the Natn’l Aging in Place Council bringing a local chapter to So. NV, Member of the Seniors and Law Enforcement Together Council, Certified NV Veterans Advocate, and Senior Services Officer with the Armed Forces Chamber. She is committed to helping seniors, Veterans and the chronically disabled Age in Place with dignity, respect and remain independent as long as possible. She uses her years of experience and continued education in the area of seniors and healthcare care to advocate for her clients and community to ensure that they are living their best life possible. You can also find her doing shows with her husband Sythe who is an incredible entertainer and instrumentalist.

The State of the Chamber and 3rd Anniversary highlights accomplishments of the Armed Forces Chamber plus announces the mission for 2020. Also, special guests including dignitaries, representatives from federal/state agencies and more will be in attendance plus have remarks.
