NWBC’s Kathleen Taylor scheduled to speak at State of the Chamber of Armed Forces Chamber

The Armed Forces Chamber is proud to announce that Kathleen Taylor is scheduled to give remarks at the 2020 State of the Chamber. The shindig occurs on Thursday-February 27, 2020 from 1800H-2000H (6:00pm-8:00pm) at the Nevada State Business Center, 3300 W Sahara Ave, Suite 425, Las Vegas, NV 89102.

As a former Small business owner, Kathleen’s goals are to apply 20 years of experience to use effective business strategies to connect Entrepreneurs with community resources to ensure their success. Kathleen effectively applies her skills in Small business development and Economic development to create and coordinate Entrepreneurial educational programs. Her experience in Strategic planning and Program management enhances her ability to analyze the feasibility of proposed business models, concepts, and business plan development for Entrepreneurs. To promote Small business growth and development, she hosts the EMG Business Basics Show and co-hosts the Urban Chamber’s Commerce First Radio show. Kathleen also serves as a state of Nevada Commissioner for the Nevada Department of Business and Industry Commission on Minority Affairs. She was recognized as the 2019 Small Business Champion recipient at the Green Tie Awards sponsored by the Urban Chamber of Commerce. She has been a featured Speaker, Panelist, Moderator, and Collaborative partner with the following organizations: Committed to our Business Community Event; Nevada Department of Business and Industry Marketing Initiative Team; Clark County Small Business Opportunity Program; Southern Nevada Housing Authority - Family Self-sufficiency Program; Global Women’s Summit Organization; Women of Global Change Organization; She is a Magna cum Laude graduate of Grambling State University with a BS degree in Biology.

The State of the Chamber and 3rd Anniversary highlights accomplishments of the Armed Forces Chamber plus announces the mission for 2020. Also, special guests including dignitaries, representatives from federal/state agencies and more will be in attendance plus have remarks.
