The Armed Forces Chamber is proud to announce that its proud member resource partner and U.S. Army Reserve veteran, David Eclips, has returned to serve a third term for the next two years as a member of the Clark County Small Business Development Advisory Council (BDAC). BDAC is a volunteer panel appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to assist the County with its commitment to increase the number of minority-owned, women-owned, and other emerging small suppliers doing business with the County. BDAC meetings provide a forum in which business owners can voice their opinions and ideas regarding County initiatives and issues affecting small firms.
About David Eclips:
David Eclips is the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Liaison Officer for the Clark County Department of Aviation, McCarran International Airport. He works closely with local, small, women and minority owned businesses by participating in outreach sessions, mentoring and training programs, and assisting firms interested in DBE certification. Mr. Eclips, who served 30 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, is currently the Chairman of the Nevada Unified Certification Program (NUCP). He has served as Vice Chair of BDAC.

The Armed Forces Chamber of Commerce, Inc., a 501(c)(6) organization was launched by Alpha Company Commander Andre' Haynes on February 28, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Armed Forces Chamber is America's first Chamber of Commerce with military inspired operations and in many states the first Chamber of Commerce formed to serve armed forces members. The mission is to recruit, train and equip armed forces members ready to serve, lead, and succeed in business. The vision is to recruit 10,000 members in the Armed Forces Chamber by 2035.
