About the Event
Hunter Cain from Grand Canyon University (GCU) proudly presents the Armed Forces Chamber 2023 Trunk or Treat & Haunted House in partnership with the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District (LVCCLD). This shindig is sponsored by Patsy Brown and Mountain America Credit Union (MACU). The Armed Forces Chamber Trunk or Treat & Haunted House provides activities, candy, contests and prizes, decorated vehicles and more. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The previous Armed Forces Chamber Trunk or Treat & Haunted House welcomed 1,500 attendees and 50 decorated vehicles. Past participants include the Clark County Clerk Lynn Marie Goya, IKEA Las Vegas, Mountain America Credit Union, Nevada State Police, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, Republican Chamber of Commerce, Serenity Funeral Home and many more. The Armed Forces Chamber Trunk or Treat & Haunted House is open to the public and admission is free. Registration is not required but recommended. Management reserves all rights.

Decorate your vehicle and be prepared to provide approximately 5,000 pieces of commercially wrapped candy to hand out. Advertising is acceptable as long as it is family-friendly and does not stop the flow of traffic. Staging (set up) time begins at 11am (1100H) and concludes at 1:55pm (1355H).

Volunteers are needed to help display signage plus set up pedestrian rails and at stations including but not limited to the first aid tent, post-event cleanup, registration tent, and vehicle staging. Volunteers can be 13 years old minimum and must have parental or guardian permission. Volunteers are asked to help from 12pm (1200) to 7pm (1900).
