Diabetes Forum

The Diabetes Forum is a diversity and inclusion event that fosters the building of relationships and understanding among diverse groups. The Diabetes Forum is held annually during the month of November in honor of American Diabetes Month® at the Armed Forces Chamber Command. Andre’ Haynes and Patsy Brown proudly present the Diabetes Forum. Sponsors include THE HAYNES CO. and Tangerine Office Machines. The Diabetes Forum features a brief program starring a moderator, panelists, guest speakers, special guests, food trucks, and vendors. The Diabetes Forum is open to the public and admission is $5 per person. Food and merchandise require an additional purchase. The Armed Forces Chamber Command is a cashless venue and acceptable payment methods include Ca$h App, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. Offerings are subject to change without notice.
