Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM), also referred to in the United States as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM), is an annual international health campaign to increase awareness of the disease and raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure.

About the Event
The Breast Cancer Awareness Forum is a diversity and inclusion event that fosters the building of relationships and understanding among diverse groups. The Breast Cancer Awareness Forum is held annually during the month of October at the Armed Forces Chamber Command. Andre’ Haynes and Patsy Brown proudly present the Breast Cancer Awareness Forum brought to you by Salvacion Vargas Edelman. Sponsors include THE HAYNES CO. and Tangerine Office Machines. Supporters include the Nye County, Nevada Lions Club, Rising Asian Pacific Americans Coalition for Diversity, and Las Vegas Twin Lakes Lions Club. The Breast Cancer Awareness Forum features a brief program starring a moderator, panelists, guest speakers, special guests, food trucks, and vendors. The Breast Cancer Awareness Forum is open to the public and admission is $5 per person. Food and merchandise require an additional purchase. The Armed Forces Chamber Command is a cashless venue and acceptable payment methods include Ca$h App, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. Offerings are subject to change without notice.
