About the Event
The AAPI Heritage Forum is a diversity and inclusion event that fosters the building of relationships and understanding among diverse groups. The AAPI Heritage Forum is held annually during the month of May at the Armed Forces Chamber Command. Andre’ Haynes and Patsy Brown proudly present the AAPI Heritage Forum brought to you by Salvacion Vargas Edelman. Sponsors include THE HAYNES CO. and Tangerine Office Machines. Supporters include the Nye County, Nevada Lions Club, Rising Asian Pacific Americans Coalition for Diversity, and Las Vegas Twin Lakes Lions Club. Media partners include the Phillipine Times of Southern Nevada, Veterans Reporter News, and Veterans World Magazine. The AAPI Heritage Forum features a brief program starring a moderator, panelists, guest speakers, special guests, live performances, food trucks, and vendors. The AAPI Heritage Forum is open to the public and admission is $5 per person. Food and merchandise require an additional purchase. A portion of proceeds benefit the Nye County, Nevada Lions Club, Rising Asian Pacific Americans Coalition for Diversity, and Las Vegas Twin Lakes Lions Club. The Armed Forces Chamber Command is a cashless venue and acceptable payment methods include Ca$h App, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. Offerings are subject to change without notice.
