Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation

Board of Directors

The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation is governed by its volunteer Executive Board of Directors and they oversee the organization's culture plus community, finance plus accountability, impact plus results, leadership plus adaptability, and legal accountability. The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation is assisted in its fundraising, operations, and outreach efforts by its volunteer Independent Board of Directors.

Requirements of Independent Directors:

  1. Attend and complete a CPR/AED class taught by Mobile Medic CPR Training within 30 calendar days. (NOTE: A fee is required)

  2. Attend and complete the 2 - 2 1/2 hour Gatekeeper training taught by the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) Office of Suicide Prevention within 30 calendar days.

  3. Decorate a vehicle and distribute candy at the the Trunk or Treat.

  4. Fundraise or contribute a minimum of $2,500 within 180 calendar days.

  5. Provide a personal/professional biography with up to 65 words within 30 calendar days.

  6. Provide a photograph wearing the Chamber hat and polo shirt within 30 calendar days. (NOTE: Purchase the Chamber hat, polo shirt, and personalized business cards from Sin City Graphix.)

  7. Volunteer at Chamber hosted shindigs including the Back-To-School Backpack Giveaway, Thanksgiving Food Giveaway, Holiday Gift Giveaway, and Military Birthday Giveaways of the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corp., Navy, plus Space Force.

Andre' Haynes

President, Chairman (E)

Andre’ Haynes is an American Business Development Consultant and subject matter expert. Andre’ regularly discusses business topics with audiences in publications plus radio and television. Additionally he shares insight from his business experiences with readers in his latest published book. In the community Andre’ teaches about business as an adjunct college instructor and is an ambassador to the Mayor and City Council about the development of the City Of Las Vegas.

Destiny Beavers

Secretary, Treasurer (E)

Destiny Beavers is an award-winning Business Management Consultant. Destiny founded a 501(c)(3) public charity that serves children and teens. In the community she mentors business owners, children and students through affiliations with colleges and organizations. Destiny provides preferences, recommendations, and feedback to the Las Vegas Mayor, City Council, Planning Commission and City staff. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration on Children and Family from the University of Phoenix.

Brandon Clinansmith

Independent Board Member 

Brandon Clinansmith is a proud public servant. In the community Brandon manages a program that helps persons with substance abuse addictions find sobriety. Currently Brandon is an officer with LVMPD  (Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department) and is working towards becoming a detective. He earned an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from CSN (College of Southern Nevada).

Dr. Ron Lustig

Independent Board Member 

Dr. Ron Lustig proudly retired from the U.S. Coast Guard and has since served as a nationally recognized educator in numerous capacities.  Dr. Lustig was a teacher at the elementary and middle school levels and served as a district coordinator, high school principal and college instructor.  His professional passion is working with military members, business owners and educators to address life’s challenging financial realities.

Eric Grayson

Independent Board Member 

Eric Grayson enjoyed an athletic career that included playing for Miami Heat plus other teams in the NBA. Afterwards, Grayson consulted for record companies such as Interscope plus artist such as Xzibit from MTV’s “Pimp My Ride” and produced events such as  BET Hip Hop Awards. Currently, he is producing full-length features, TV, live events, and more for United Cinema Group. Eric Grayson graduated from Central State University Ohio with a Degree in Communications Radio/TV.

The mission is to recruit, train, and equip Armed Forces members serve, lead, and succeed in business.
